Osho Meditative Therapies

Osho created the "Meditative Therapies" in which it gives the participant the opportunity to dissolve the tensions and repressions that do not allow him to sit in silence and observe the mind.


They are unique, effective in that there is minimal interaction between the participants and at the same time the energy of the group helps each individual to go deeper within their own process.

A therapist is not required by only one facilitator who has done the process and has been trained.

It is a 3-week process:

First week: laughing for 3 hours for seven days. This removes all the inhibitions and repression that hinder our spontaneous laughter and natural joy.

Second week: crying for 3 hours for seven days. This uncovers the next layer of repression, all the agonies and tears, and provides for a great unburdening of pain and suffering.

Third week: the -watcher on the hill.- With a thoroughly cleansed heart, just sitting silently in meditation.

A 7-day process for two hours a day, designed by Osho, to clean rubbish from the mind: 

1 hour gibberish, going consciously crazy, allowing any sounds which come from inside, in any language except a language you know.

2 hour sitting silently.


This is a one-week process created by Osho to rediscover the beauty of childhood without verbalizing or analyzing our past psychological experiences.

A 7-day process for two hours a day.

In the first hour you behave like a child; consciously entering into your childhood and doing everything you always wanted to do.

In the second hour you just sit silently with eyes closed, as a child, in that innocent relaxed space that has been created in the first hour.

OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your Body Mind

Using hypnosis, you first reconnect with your body-mind, making friends with it. Then you start a healing process by communicating with your unconscious in a state of deep relaxation.

This method can be used for anything in the body or mind that is out of natural balance.
