OSHO Meditation: In-depth - 2 days

These two days are fully focused on the in-depth content of the OSHO meditations, and on the best way for you to get the most out of them.


OSHO Meditation: In-depth and facilitating- 4 days

Enjoy deepening your own understanding of the main OSHO Meditations and learn the skills, gain the confidence to introduce them to others. “It will be good for you also. If you want to live a more fulfilled life, first you will want to know your potential, who you really are.Meditation is the route to that knowing. It is the methodology of the science of awareness.


OSHO Actives Meditations,have been scientifically designed by Osho over a period of time to enable us to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and emotions, and learn the knack of watching our habitual patterns in a new way.


We will experience a weekend few of the OSHO active Meditatios like happens in the OSHO Meditation Resort Pune, India.



Seven days process one hour a day with the help of hypnosis we will remember the space when the body, breathing and mind relaxes reaching the space of silence where meditation happens.

Later we will use some suggestions that support us to go deeper into meditation


Is a hands-on healing method where the practitioner becomes a channel for the universal life force energy with OSHO’s vision of healing

In this training participants will open to and attune with this energy, and learn how to use it for self-healing and the healings of others

Enables you to

- Intensify the flow of energy

- To use Reiki for mental and emotional issues

- Send Reiki across time and distance


This course is an opportunity to discover and reconnect with the true and essential qualities of the

heart such as acceptance, trust, innocence or joy.

In 1, 2 or 3 days we will experience being in the space of the heart.

Its qualities, the "being at home" space in which we can return whenever we need it, space of IS, is well as we are.


Once you know this space you can choose when to use your mind and when to "go home".


We will practice several of the meditations of OSHO's Book of Secrets and Active Meditations.


One day course we will use simple meditation techniques that you can use in your work and life and two OSHO Actives Meditations.


It is a 1-day workshop where we will practice simple meditation techniques that we can apply in our work and daily life.


Darkness has been used as a technique to enter into meditation and deepen our silence.

We will use a meditation from the Book of Secrets OSHO.


In a space of relaxation, playfulness and confidence, we will explore and experience our intuition

using three doors to get there.
